This self-paced online course is designed to help you develop a more intentional and compassionate relationship with food and your body as you travel through midlife and beyond.

The information is relevant for all women, especially those who are struggling with disordered eating or an eating disorder.





You’ll unlearn what’s been handed to you from diet and wellness culture and relearn a framework of care, compassion, and courage that you can carry with you through the second half of life.

Participants will learn about hormones, nutrition, health-related concerns in midlife, and tools to improve relationship with food and body as we age.
